Designer Call, of sorts...

DSO is having a designer call of sorts during the month of April. During this drive, I am willing to add up to 10 designers, who are a "right fit" for our team. Additionally, the setup fee will be waived during the month of April for the first 10 designers we take on!

We are a tight-nit, FUN, crazy, group of ladies and would love to add a few like minded individuals to our team!

Our terms are really simple:

Package A - Designer Lite:

Exclusive or Non Exclusive with ZERO requirements.

Package B - Designer Full Service:

Exclusive Designers only. Must adhere to marketing program. Lots of Bonus incentives - earn money in addition to sales!

We do have a monthly hosting fee which can be earned back if you meet your sales goals. If you do not earn the hosting fee back, I do not keep ANY commission!

To answer a few questioins I just got:

DSO is both digiscrapobsession.com and digital-scrapbooking.org
BOTH addresses take you to our site. We did this so we would not lose our long time customers with all the upgrades.

DSO has been in business since 2004. Starting out as SomeBunnysScraps, once that site was outgrown I bought a larger server and digital-scrapbooking.org was born. {early 2005}

Yes, we really are all friends. In fact most of us are friends outside of the internet. Even though we do not live close to each other, many of us talk on the phone weekly. (some daily)

We have designers from everywhere. USA, Austrailia, South Africa, and the Netherlands I believe are our current countries.

I have NEVER been late on paying my team. You are more then welcome to ask any designer current or past on whether they were paid on time. In fact, I rather enjoy including random "extra" thank you monies, when my income permits. So yes, I pay on time, and I thank my team for any extra hard work they invest in our site. And yes, sometimes I include "bonuses" for no reason. Don't tell my husband! lol...

I can not tell you how much you will make at DSO. This all depends on you, your product, and our customers. I can tell you that most designers do not make enough a month to make a living on designing. Its a second income job, not a feed my family/pay the rent job. You may make $3 one month and $1500 the next (yes, Im being serious). I can tell you, in all honesty, as long as you are consistant, have good product, and market yourself effectively you will have good sales. This is true of any site though, not just DSO.

Quality Check is ruff. lol.. It hurts your feelers a little bit to have something sent back to be fixed, it really does. BUT as long as you are looking at it like "I would rather quality catch it and not a customer" then you will get thru just fine. We only want YOU to put out the best product YOU can. Its not personal.

Can I just say... I reckon anyone who applies to become a designer at DSO is making the right decision. It IS my favourite place to be, why? because everyone is so delightful, friendly and honest.
And what you say about QC, yeah girl it is a bit ruff! as you put it lol! but stick at it, you get great feed back and maybe a bit of advise if you ask.
I know, as I pay to have some of my kits QC'd by Bunny.. and I do have faults I need to rectify.. Ok so someone reading this may be wondering? 'why aren't you here then' and my honest answer is I run my own dog grooming business and I worry that I wouldn't give this site the full attention it so deserves.
